"So if we are going to The Forbidden City, Stratos, the earliest airship will leave in two hours after lunch." Luke stated. He spread out the map he had left on the ground and flipped it over. It held the list of all the airship track times and arrivals to each so called city. Why they were called cities was beyond him. Each city was part of the great world. Each had their own rules and regulations along with different types of leaders to govern their people. Elves, Humans, Spell casters, and dwarfs lived in peace. So why weren't they called countries? But no matter. Then it hit Lukis. The Forbidden City regulations forbid elves from entering their city walls.

"Cephe do you know why The Forbidden City is the way it is?"

"Yeah. That's easy. It's because of the recent civil war that a decree was initiated. Decree number 47, I believe. It was branded no elvish land." Cephe stated his words like he was being questioned by his old mentor.  Words that he should have memorized but, it did not occur why it was important to know.

"And," Luke continued. He waited for it to click in Cephe's mind why it was crucial for them to understand the risks.

"And what?" Cephe questioned. He looked at Luke with a huge question mark plastered on his head. Why was it so important that they needed to know the history of Stratos?

"Cephe don't you understand," Luke started. "You won't be allowed to board the airships."

Cephe's gold eyes widened. "Wait, then what are we do to?"

"Genius," Luke scoffed lightly. "I thought that you would have the answer to that."
Cephe sighed and placed his weight of the crates behind him. He had hit rock bottom. He knew where to go to find the singer of time but he was at a block as he was going to get there.

Luke had the map back into his pocket and was pacing around. In his mind he was searching for the answer. They could risk boarding the ship but then endanger themselves to violation of law and who knows what would happen to them then. Only if we could hide that red hair and his pointed ears. "Cephe is there a way to hide your ears and hair?"

"Well, I don't know why don't you try and hide long red hair and pointed ears." It seemed like Cephe was not in the mood to be talked with. He was mad and stuck on the fact that they could not board the ship.

"Jeez, by the gods you're mad. I was just trying to help."

Cephe looked up at look with apologetic eyes. "I'm sorry. Everything that has happened recently has struck a nerve."

He knew he shouldn't let his anger take hold of him. He was even put in lessons, a form of anger management, to control his emotions but with his mind it was only a matter of time before he blew.

Luke looked at Cephe with slight concern. In his mind, Cephe was a ticking time bomb and one wrong word could set him off. He knew solving the problem at hand was the best idea to stop the young prince's anger but, what could they do? No one could undue an elf's features. Wait! Luke took another glance at Cephe's features; long red hair, golden eyes, and pointed ears. Cephe was an elf and elves were known to hold magical properties. Cephe was known not to have magical abilities but, what of someone he knew?
Another part. Cephe has a temper doesn't he? He is my favorite guy OC even if he hates everyone. :P
